Royal Pavilion

The Royal Pavilion, also known as the Brighton Pavilion, is a Grade I listed former royal residence located in Brighton. Beginning in 1787, the Pavilion was built in three stages as a seaside retreat for Prince George who became the Prince Regent in 1811. It is built in the indo saracenic style prevalent in India for most of the 19th century. The current appearance of the Pavilion, with its domes and minarets, is the work of architect John Nash, who extended the building starting in 1815.

This is one of the most historic buildings in the UK. Securitel were chosen to replace the existing  fire alarm system in 2003 and have provided a 24 hour maintenance service ever since.

Brighton Town Hall

Brighton Town Hall stands on Bartholomew Square in Brighton. Built in the 1830s by Thomas Kemp, it replaced the previous town hall building. This building is the epicentre of Brighton council and contains a lot of the most important documents in Sussex so a fire would be disastrous for the council.

Knowing the importance of protecting this historic building Securitel were once again called in to replace the fire alarm system.

Hove Town Hall

Hove Town Hall was constructed in 1970 in the Brutalist architecture style by John Wells-Thorpe. The current building replaced the original Hall that was built in 1882 and was damaged by fire in 1966.

In 2006 Securitel was chosen to replace the existing Hove town hall fire protection system and eleven years later when the building underwent a complete refurbishment, Securitel were again chosen to supply and install the fire alarms.
